About Us

We are a Shropshire based renewable installation company that has been established since 2010, installing and servicing of solar PV, solar thermal, air source heat pumps and LED lighting.

During this time we have built up a large portfolio of domestic and commercial installations, with a total installed capacity of more than 1.25MW of solar PV installations and multiple air source heat pump and solar thermal installations. More recently we have moved into the LED lighting sector, simply because of how well it fits into our business model. Our main focus is towards the client, and the quality of the installation.

Our hard work has been rewarded by receiving Which? Local business of the year 2012; still the only solar company to have this. Also in June 2013 we were one of four short listed companies for the BMW Rydale Outstanding Customer Service Award and winners of the Deborah Meadon backed Local Business Accelerators; People’s Choice Award. We have now obtained the status of being a Which? Trusted Trader and regularly contribute to consumer articles on their website.

We have helped support the local community over the years with donations to The Shropshire Wildlife Trust, and fund raising for The Shrewsbury Food Bank.

Guarantees

All materials we fit are covered by a manufacturer's 5 year guarantee, our PV solar panels are also guaranteed not to drop below 80% efficiency over a 25 year period. All electrical connections and the reworked roof area are also covered by an insurance backed, 10 year workmanship guarantee (domestic systems only).

Complaints Procedure

We always strive to provide the very best service possible to all of of clients, however if you feel that we have not achieved this please contact us to let us know. Where we cannot resolve any complaints using our own complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted trader we use Ombudsman Services Ltd for dispute resolution.
